THE AREA this apartment is located in Prati one of the most elegant areas of Rome, between the Vatican City at easy walking distance and Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna that can be reached after a pleasant walk or after a few metro stops. Its central position allows the guests to be close to the major historical sites of the Capital: Vatican, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant' Angelo, Borgo Pio with its characteristic streets and the typical restaurants. Shopping is made easier by the vicinity of shops that make good value prices like those in Via Cola di Rienzo, Via Ottaviano, Via del Corso

We suggest to visit the wanderfull Villa Doria Pamphili, on the Roman Janiculum, wich park, the largest public landscaped park of Rome with his area of 1.8 km². is considered one of the more beautifull citizen park in Italy .This fascinating Villa, full of history, was built in the 17th cent. for Camillo Pamphili, nephew of Pope Innocent X and bought in 1965–1971 by the City of Rome from the Doria-Pamphili family. Among its many beauties and more obvious pleasures, the Villa is one of the best sites for bird-watching and for jogging in the city. You can reach it very fastly in few stops by bus n 31 just back of the apartment.

Transports: This area is perfectly served by public transports as Metro A, at only 3/4 minutes walking, taxi and several buses that allows you to reach any other part of the historical center in a very few time
